Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organic and inorganic marketing campaigns tailored for early-stage companies.
• Execute performance marketing strategies, focusing on optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Run advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok, ensuring targeting and messaging resonate with the intended audience.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform ongoing optimization and strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies are competitive and effective.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a marketing role, particularly with early-stage companies.
• Strong understanding of organic and inorganic marketing tactics.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, including managing ads both domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in running ads on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Experience with Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Environment

This role requires working from the office in Bangalore.

Salary

CTC is between 12-15 LPA.
