Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers or potential clients to generate leads, provide information, or promote products and services. You should be able to build customer relationships and handle basic queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.

• Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.

• Follow up on previous calls and maintain regular customer contact.

• Record customer details and conversation outcomes accurately.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team (if applicable).

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets as assigned.

• Maintain and update the call logs or CRM software.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or in a similar role is preferred.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with using calling or CRM tools.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during high call volumes.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Minimum education: 12th pass or graduate.
