 Lead and manage the DTH business and team - Portfolio of 40+ services.<br />  Manage the business unit's P&L, closely monitoring budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and<br /> expense management.<br />  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning,<br /> engage key opinion leaders.<br />  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective business life cycle management,<br /> from launch strategies to lifecycle planning.<br />  Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential challenges in the<br /> competitive environment.<br />  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering<br /> collaboration and alignment to achieve business objectives.<br />  Deal closures - Initiate & close deals for content acquisition for the respective services<br />  Renewals - Negotiate & close service agreements with the DTH platforms.<br />  Manage the content, programming & promotions for existing services.<br />  Keep self-up to date on regulatory developments.<br />  Identify & launch new products every year.
