Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Catalogue Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online product catalogue, ensuring all product listings on Shopify are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for a seamless customer experience. A strong understanding of Shopify and eCommerce best practices is essential for this role.<br />                <br /> ​​E-Commerce Catalogue Specialist <br />

• Create, update, and maintain product listings on Shopify, ensuring all details (e.g., titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory) are accurate and consistent.<br />
• Upload and manage bulk product listings using Shopify tools and templates<br />
• Systematically organize and manage digital content (images, videos, copy) for multiple brands<br />
• Collaborate with the design team to update banners, promotional content, and seasonal campaigns.<br />
• Conduct regular audits of the product catalogue to identify and resolve errors or inconsistencies.<br />
• Participating in the identification and correction of catalogue errors; investigating catalogue related complaints.<br />  <br />  <br /> Qualifications<br />
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; business or technical background is considered an advantage.<br />
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce catalogue management, preferably on Shopify.<br />
• Proficiency in Shopify, including product setup, bulk uploads, and app integrations.<br />
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
