Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the D2C and E-commerce Digital Growth and
Marketing function of the business, along with building and managing the growth team.
The role is based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
● Growth (performance) marketing on D2C and marketplace channels:-
a. Drive overall revenue growth on D2C and marketplaces
b. D2C
i. First time customer acquisition:
1. Determine targets and allocate budgets for performance
marketing spends
2. Lead the team to develop creatives, audiences and campaigns
to execute and achieve targets
3. Spends to be executed on (but not limited to) Google, Meta,
affiliates, influencers etc
4. Work with data and analytics teams to implement best
measurement frameworks, mine deeper insights and run A/B
and multivariate tests to iterate into new ideas
ii. Repeat customer marketing
1. Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site
interventions:-
2. Conceptualize and execute campaigns using CRM over
channels like SMS / Email / Whatsapp
c. Marketplace
i. Mange budgets, targets and executions for sales on marketplaces
including (but not limited to) amazon, flipkart, cred, big basket, firstcry,
etc
● CRO (Conversion Rate optimization)
a. Handle all activities that will help in increased conversions such as (but not
limited to) page speed, product page listing etc
● Marketplace optimizations
a. Ensure listings on marketplaces are optimized, prices are uniform, deals /
offers are consistent
● Work with operations team to plan and allocate stock to various channels
● Work closely with digital agencies to increase conversions, cross-sell, drive platform
specific influencer activities, and focus on upselling to increase the customer
engagement via multiple digital channels
● Reporting
a. Daily / weekly / monthly reporting formats to be executed
● Support with new product development
Skills & experience we are looking for:
● 8-12 years of performance marketing experience in D2C and e-commerce
organizations
● Ability to create monthly and quarterly sales plans and budgets needed to execute
them.
● Strong knowledge and experience of running ads on the Meta, Google, AMS and
other marketing place platforms (Jiomart, CRED, Flipkart, Firstcry etc) with the
objective being to drive traffic and generate purchase conversions
● Working experiencer of influencer marketing campaigns – from conceptualizing to
executing to reporting
● A customer centric approach that will help creating end to end online customer
journey
● Strong command over writer and spoken Engligh
● Working knowledge of SEO
● Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google suite of products
● Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment
