<p>Role: Lead – Technology & Analytics</p>
<p>Function: Tech & Analytics</p>
<p>Location: Mumbai</p>
<p>Team Size: 2</p>
<p>Reporting to: CFO</p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced incumbent to spearhead our technology function across applications,</p>
<p>data analytics, automation, SAP and IT infrastructure. This role will be central in driving digital</p>
<p>transformation, ensuring business continuity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the</p>
<p>organization. The incumbent will partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and</p>
<p>maintain robust technology solutions aligned with business needs.</p>
<p>Desired Candidate Profile:</p>
<p>• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</p>
<p>• 8–10 years of experience in IT, with exposure to SAP, analytics, development, and IT</p>
<p>infrastructure.</p>
<p>• Proven track record of leading cross-functional technology projects.</p>
<p>• Strong vendor management, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p>
<p>• Experience in manufacturing/consumer goods industry preferred.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>1.<b> </b>Technology & IT Infrastructure</p>
<p>• Oversee IT hardware, networking, and infrastructure requirements across multiple sites</p>
<p>including manufacturing unit.</p>
<p>• Ensure data security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance with IT policies.</p>
<p>• Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment, services, and AMC contracts.</p>
<p>2.<b> </b>SAP & Business Applications</p>
<p>• Lead implementation, customization, and support for SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO,</p>
<p>etc.) in collaboration with business stakeholders/ SAP implementation partner.</p>
<p>• Ensure system uptime, resolve issues, and manage integrations with other tools.</p>
<p>• Drive adoption and training for SAP and other enterprise applications.3.<b> </b>Development & Automation</p>
<p>• Build and oversee in-house tools, dashboards, and solutions to automate business</p>
<p>workflows.</p>
<p>• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into tech-enabled solutions.</p>
<p>• Ensure scalability and robustness of developed applications.</p>
<p>• Evaluate and implement AI driven solutions to increase productivity across processes</p>
<p>4.<b> </b>Data & Analytics</p>
<p>• Lead the analytics roadmap, ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and visualization</p>
<p>across functions.</p>
<p>• Build and manage BI dashboards for sales, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, other</p>
<p>functions.</p>
<p>• Support leadership with insights for data driven decision-making.</p>
<p>5.<b> </b>Team & Governance</p>
<p>• Build and mentor a small IT & analytics team.</p>
<p>• Define IT governance, SOPs, and policies for technology usage and security.</p>
<p>• Implement necessary policies and procedures to secure the IT environment.</p>
<p>• Manage budgets, annual IT plans, and cost optimization initiatives</p>
