Job Summary

We are seeking experienced SAP FICO professionals to join our team on a contractual basis. As an SAP FICO consultant, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and implementing SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to optimize business processes and ensure financial data integrity. You will play a critical role in enabling seamless financial operations and contribute directly to the organization’s efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize financial and controlling processes.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and document SAP FICO issues and enhancements.
• Conduct end-user training and create relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules, configuration, and integration points.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Preferred Skills

• SAP FICO certification.
• Experience with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SD).
• Experience in process automation within SAP.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA migration.
• Experience working on large-scale SAP implementations.

Experience

• Open to professionals with relevant SAP FICO experience.
• Experience in SAP FICO module implementation, support, or upgrades is highly desirable.

Environment

• Work location: Pan India (multiple locations).
• Type: Contractual position.
• Flexible work setting depending on project requirements; may include remote, in-office, or hybrid arrangements.

Salary

• INR 6,00,000 – 16,00,000 per annum (depending on experience and skill set).
