Position Title: Director/ Associate Director – Finance Operations (Fin-Ops)</div>

<div>Duties & Responsibilities<br />
• Managing a 15 member team of P2P, O2C and other finance areas , providing leadership and inspiration<br />
• Create a Centre of excellence (COE) for finance operations in the next few quarters<br />
• Focusing on efficient service delivery with excellent quality<br />
• Cultivating a continuous improvement mindset and driving optimisation initiatives<br />
• Managing relationships with stakeholders in Marketplaces and brands<br />
• Managing metrics, reporting, and policy to improve operations and align with business strategy<br />
• Optimization of Process through efficiency, cost reduction and service quality improvement<br />
• Ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures while upholding internal controls<br />
• Find and automate operational processes to reduce cost and increase efficiency and accuracy</div>

<div>The Successful Applicant<br />
• Chartered Accountant/ MBA from premier B-schools<br />
• Work experience of around 10 years with at least 5 years of experience in managerial roles<br />
• Prior experience in finance operations in these industries - COE, E-Comm, D2C, Travel or Courier<br />
• Track record in leading teams of min. 10+<br />
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce policies as well as finance business processes<br />
• Proven ability in analytic and strategic thinking<br />
• Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of setting a positive example, inspiring teams<br />
• Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate across all levels of the organization</div>
