Graphic Designer
Job Summary
Million Dreams is seeking dynamic and creative Graphic Designers to join our team full-time. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our core and marketing teams to conceptualise, design, and execute engaging creatives for a variety of events and campaigns. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative designs that align with our brand vision. This position offers the opportunity to create a significant impact through your design skills and creative input.
Responsibilities
- Interpret project requirements and translate them into compelling first-cut creatives, including posters, brochures, marketing, and social media collateral.
- Design engaging infographics for client proposal decks.
- Develop reusable, easily maintainable creative assets for consistent brand representation.
- Capture and edit event footage to produce video snippets, final event videos, and reels.
- Brainstorm and suggest ideas for essential event photography and video content.
- Proactively recommend and implement innovative creative concepts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to concept development for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver creatives for the website, social media, emailers, blogs, and other digital platforms as per requirements.
- Customise design offerings to cater to different target audiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with CorelDRAW and design for multiple platforms.
- Strong graphic design portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, colour, and typography.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Candidates should preferably have their own laptop.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for marketing campaigns or event-based projects.
- Prior work in video editing or motion graphics.
- Familiarity with managing and organizing digital assets for easy reuse.
- Ability to adapt to evolving brand guidelines and project requirements.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Experience working with creative teams and handling end-to-end design for events or marketing initiatives is a plus.
Environment
- Full-time position.

Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skills).
