🔍 Why This Role Matters

You'll be joining us as a full‑stack engineer, working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with the CTO. The systems you ship in the next 6 months will define the technical DNA of the company and power the experiences our first customers rave about.

🛠️ What You'll Do

• Build, and maintain end‑to‑end features across our platforms - from React/Next.js front‑end views to Python back‑end services and Postgres data models.
• Rapidly prototype new agent capabilities and get them into users' hands in days, not weeks.
• Integrate LLMs, vector stores, and toolchains to orchestrate autonomous agent workflows.
• Own the full SDLC: architecture → implementation → testing → CI/CD → maintenance.
• Lead code reviews, set engineering best practices, and - over time - mentor junior hires or contractors.
• Work directly with the founders on product and strategy; your voice will shape both what we build and how we build it.

🧠 What You Bring

• 2+ years of professional full‑stack experience shipping production software.
• Strong Python fundamentals (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and deep SQL/PostgreSQL know‑how (schema design, migrations, query optimisation).
• A portfolio/GitHub of impressive projects demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership.
• Prior hands‑on experience building AI agents or agent tooling (e.g. LangChain, semantic search, RAG pipelines, autonomous task runners).
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Startup mindset: bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to ship quickly.
• Willingness to go all‑in : long hours, occasional weekend sprints - to make the mission succeed. (IMPORTANT)
• Ability to take full ownership of features and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teammates.

• Front‑end chops with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud infra (AWS/GCP).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
