Job Summary

The Growth & Strategy Intern will play a crucial role in identifying and researching leads across target industries. This position is geared towards freshers looking to gain practical experience and contribute to the company’s growth through organized outreach and strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research leads across target industries to drive growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain an organized outreach pipeline for prospective clients.
• Map competitor activity to understand market positioning and opportunities.
• Provide support to the Business Development (BD) team with data-backed insights.
• Track and document outreach efforts to ensure a systematic approach.
• Deliver structured reports, including a lead database with outreach log, weekly competitor/market snapshots, and findings/conversion reports.

Qualifications

• Any academic stream; recent graduates and freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and research skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using spreadsheets and database management tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with market research techniques.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools would be a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or internship (not mandatory).

Experience

• No prior experience is necessary; however, a minimum of 1.5 months of active contribution is required to qualify for benefits such as a certificate and letter of recommendation (LOR) for strong performers.
