We are a venture funded<br /> startup.<br /> About the role<br /> We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to spearhead our<br /> Facility Management (FM) and B2B business vertical. This role is perfect for someone who thrives<br /> in field sales, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven track record of selling to institutional<br /> clients such as hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, schools, hospitals, and other institutions.<br /> The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from identifying and prospecting<br /> new clients, conducting product trials and demonstrations, to closing deals and ensuring repeat<br /> business. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to build and scale Born Good's<br /> institutional sales presence in Bangalore while being part of a mission-driven company making<br /> cleaning safer and more sustainable.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential institutional clients including<br /> hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, schools, hospitals, hospitals, and other facilities across<br /> Bangalore.<br /> • Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers<br /> (facility managers, purchase heads, housekeeping managers) to present Born Good's FM range<br /> and value proposition.<br /> • Product Trials & Demonstrations: Organize and execute product trials at client locations,<br /> gather feedback, and address any concerns to build confidence in our products.<br /> • Sales Closure: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while maintaining healthy<br /> margins and building long-term client relationships.<br /> • Account Management: Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, manage repeat orders,<br /> and maintain strong relationships to drive customer retention and growth.<br /> • Appointing of new distributors: Expand the company's presence through the identification<br /> and onboarding of new distributors. Effectively drive primary sales, secondary sales and<br /> collections.<br /> • Collaboration: Work closely with the founder/CEO and internal teams to develop sales<br /> collateral, marketing materials, new product formulations and product information sheets<br /> tailored for institutional clients.<br /> • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, client<br /> interactions, and monthly performance metrics using CRM tools or spreadsheets.<br /> • Territory Management: Efficiently plan daily routes and meetings to maximize coverage within<br /> assigned Bangalore territories while minimizing travel time.<br /> • Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the product and operations teams on client<br /> requirements, product performance, and potential improvements.<br /> Be Better Personal Care Private Limited<br /> #336 & #337 Jonabonda Village, Onnalavadi Post, Krishnagiri District, Hosur 635110<br /> www.borngood.in | info@borngood.in<br /> Skills we are looking for:<br /> • 2-3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience, specifically selling to institutional clients such<br /> as hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, schools, hospitals, or facility management<br /> companies.<br /> • Prior experience in the cleaning products or facility management industry is mandatory.<br /> • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through field sales activities.<br /> • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to identify and qualify<br /> potential clients independently.<br /> • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders<br /> ranging from facility managers to CFOs.<br /> • Demonstrated ability to conduct product demonstrations and trials effectively, addressing<br /> technical questions and objections.<br /> • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently with<br /> minimal supervision.<br /> • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.<br /> • Good understanding of B2B sales cycles, contract negotiations, and relationship<br /> management.<br /> • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite for reporting and<br /> presentations.<br /> • Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore for client meetings (own two-<br /> wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).<br /> • Strong command over written and spoken English and Kannada (additional languages are a<br /> plus).<br /> References<br /> A minimum of 2 references – from either a work place or from your place of education<br /> If you are equally passionate to help us in this journey, please send in your CV to<br /> careers@borngood.in<br /> Be Better Personal Care Private Limited<br /> #336 & #337 Jonabonda Village, Onnalavadi Post, Krishnagiri District, Hosur 635110<br /> www.borngood.in | info@borngood.in
