Position: Sales Executive - Institutional Sales (B2B/Facility Management)
Location: Bangalore, India

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to spearhead our
Facility Management (FM) and B2B business vertical. This role is perfect for someone who thrives
in field sales, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven track record of selling to institutional
clients such as hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, schools, hospitals, and other institutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from identifying and prospecting
new clients, conducting product trials and demonstrations, to closing deals and ensuring repeat
business. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to build and scale Born Good's
institutional sales presence in Bangalore while being part of a mission-driven company making
cleaning safer and more sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential institutional clients including
hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, schools, hospitals, hospitals, and other facilities across
Bangalore.
• Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
(facility managers, purchase heads, housekeeping managers) to present Born Good's FM range
and value proposition.
• Product Trials & Demonstrations: Organize and execute product trials at client locations,
gather feedback, and address any concerns to build confidence in our products.
• Sales Closure: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals while maintaining healthy
margins and building long-term client relationships.
• Account Management: Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, manage repeat orders,
and maintain strong relationships to drive customer retention and growth.
• Appointing of new distributors: Expand the company's presence through the identification
and onboarding of new distributors. Effectively drive primary sales, secondary sales and
collections.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founder/CEO and internal teams to develop sales
collateral, marketing materials, new product formulations and product information sheets
tailored for institutional clients.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, client
interactions, and monthly performance metrics using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Territory Management: Efficiently plan daily routes and meetings to maximize coverage within
assigned Bangalore territories while minimizing travel time.
• Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the product and operations teams on client
requirements, product performance, and potential improvements.

Skills we are looking for:
• 2-3 years of hands-on B2B sales experience, specifically selling to institutional clients such
as hotels, restaurants, corporate offices, schools, hospitals, or facility management
companies.
• Prior experience in the cleaning products or facility management industry is mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through field sales activities.
• Strong prospecting and lead generation skills with the ability to identify and qualify
potential clients independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
ranging from facility managers to CFOs.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct product demonstrations and trials effectively, addressing
technical questions and objections.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently with
minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Good understanding of B2B sales cycles, contract negotiations, and relationship
management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite for reporting and
presentations.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore for client meetings (own two-
wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).
• Strong command over written and spoken English and Kannada (additional languages are a
plus).
