Role Summary

Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of private market investments including structured credit, private equity-style and special situation opportunities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Source and evaluate private market opportunities.
Conduct financial modelling and due diligence.
Structure transactions and manage execution.
Monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance.
Present investment notes to Investment Committee.
Ensure compliance with Category II AIF regulations.

Requirements

Graduate in Finance/Economics/Commerce; CA/MBA/CFA preferred.
8–12 years in PE, Structured Credit, IB, or Alternatives.
Strong transaction execution and modelling skills.
Understanding of SEBI Category II AIF regulations.
