Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fulfilment Operations Manager who has worked in a fulfilment centre, air cargo, or cross-border e-commerce export environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing small parcel exports, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, coordinating with freight forwarders, and optimizing logistics processes.

This role will report directly to the COO and play a key part in scaling our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Fulfilment Operations Management:

• Oversee end-to-end fulfilment processes for small parcel exports through air cargo and cross-border e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, packaging, and shipping.
• Manage inventory control and order dispatch from fulfilment centres.

✅ Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate with air cargo partners, freight forwarders, and export service providers.
• Manage relationships with express cargo service providers such as SCA Cargo and other industry players.
• Ensure adherence to global shipping regulations and compliance requirements.

✅ Process Optimization:

• Implement and maintain SOPs to streamline fulfilment and export processes.
• Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and reduce error rates.
