Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for a finance professional with strong technical, analy cal, and communica on skills who can manage accoun ng, FP&A, and compliance across U.S. and India en es, including our por olio companies. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proac ve, and comfortable in a cross-border environment.  Strong grounding in accrual accoun ng, repor ng, and month-end close  Proficiency in working with ERP systems  Working knowledge of U.S. and Indian compliances (E.g. GST, Sales Tax, TDS, payroll, 1099, taxes)  Excel and financial modelling skills  Detail-oriented, organized, and analy cal  Strong communicator with leadership and external partners  Adaptable and solu on-focused team player Key responsibili es: Accoun ng & Bookkeeping Oversee complete accoun ng opera ons across en es — including migra on to accrual accoun ng, maintenance of books in various so ware, payroll management (India, U.S), reconcilia ons, and mely vendor and client transac ons. Ensure accurate month-end closing, repor ng, and compliance with internal controls. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models. Conduct variance and trend analyses, prepare performance dashboards, and support strategic decisions through scenario planning and financial modeling. Compliance (U.S. & India) Ensure statutory compliance across jurisdic ons — U.S. (E.g. federal/state taxes, 1099s, sales tax, payroll) and India (E.g. GST, TDS, Form 15CA/CB, ROC, income tax). Coordinate with external advisors and auditors, maintain due diligence–ready records, and implement robust internal f inancial controls and SOPs. Serve as the sole point of contact for the Founders on all financial and accoun ng ma ers, ensuring disciplined financial management, robust internal processes, and mely delivery across all finance func ons.
