JOB DESCRIPTION Job title HEAD OF GROWTH GURUGRAM, INDIA Location Reports to DIRECTOR Duties and responsibilities • Build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals. • Research; analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies; research competitors; and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy. • Take ownership of our customer acquisition channels: paid ads, display ads, SEO, (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO) and affiliate marketing • Own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers. Working closely with sales and the UX/UI team, identify, test, and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging, pricing, and UX. • Ensure our customers get to their ‘AHA’ moment quicker, churn is kept low, and LTV is increased. • Work with a variety of stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, development, operations, and customer success to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly. • Use software to measure and improve CAC, MRR, and LTV. • Own the strategy for all media: paid search, paid social and organic campaigns (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO) spanning EMEA markets, from conception to execution. • Be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimize all campaigns. • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results • Analyze performance and understand the details and effectiveness of each campaign and adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities. • Drive optimization plans through analysis of large data sets. • Advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analyzing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimization. • Be the point of contact with our digital media agency. • Lead, motivate and grow the team and share expertise to improve and better the growth of the brand Desired Candidate Profile • Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who’s been solely responsible for growth at their company • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Should have attention to details • Should have good work ethics and calm attitude • Worked on high budget (100 Cr+) brands • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/ external agencies • Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation • Strong creative sensibilities • High ownership and passion • Experience working on multiple projects and managing tight timelines
