Key Responsibilities<br />

1. Financial Reporting & Analysis<br /> •<br /> Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Indian GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS.<br /> •<br /> Consolidate financials across multiple entities (India and international) and provide actionable insights for senior management.<br /> •<br /> Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and cash flow statements, highlighting key financial trends and business performance metrics.<br />
2. Accounting Operations<br /> •<br /> Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll, General Ledger (GL), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.<br /> •<br /> Ensure accurate recording of transactions, timely book closures, and submission of group financial reports (BPC).<br /> •<br /> Conduct periodic reconciliations (intercompany, payment gateway, bank, and general ledger accounts).<br />
3. Budgeting & Forecasting<br /> •<br /> Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting exercises.<br /> •<br /> Analyze performance against budgets, perform variance analysis, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.<br />
4. Audit & Compliance<br /> •<br /> Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits.<br /> •<br /> Oversee filing of statutory compliances (TDS, GST, Income Tax returns, 15CA/CB on foreign remittances).<br /> •<br /> Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and international reporting standards.<br />
5. Stakeholder Management<br /> •<br /> Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, operations, and senior leadership to provide financial guidance.<br /> •<br /> Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive management.<br /> •<br /> Maintain effective communication with external partners (banks, auditors, and consultants).<br />
6.
