Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Create and maintain automation workflows, bots, and scripts to handle repetitive processes.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and web services.
• Collaborate with business analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to ensure accurate process mapping and solution design.
• Implement error handling, exception management, and logging mechanisms for robust automation.
• Monitor, maintain, and support production bots, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to business users for automation adoption.
• Ensure all automation solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in RPA development and automation projects.
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of process automation, workflow orchestration, and scripting languages (VBScript, Python, JavaScript, .NET).
• Experience integrating RPA with databases (SQL), APIs (REST/SOAP), and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM).
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) driven automation, and cognitive services is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• RPA Certifications (UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Master RPA Professional, Blue Prism Developer, etc.).
• Exposure to cloud automation platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in process mining and optimization before automation.
• Knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in RPA development and automation projects, with a focus on process optimization and automation solutions.

Environment

The role is based in Mumbai or Pune, with the potential for immediate joining.
