<div>Role Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our financial products division, specifically focusing on Loan Against Property (LAP) and SME lending. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise from a leading bank or NBFC and have a strong track record in P&amp;L ownership, product innovation, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities: &bull; Lead the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for LAP and SME lending. &bull; Own and drive the P&amp;L for the LAP &amp; SME portfolio, ensuring profitable growth. &bull; Conduct detailed market research, customer segmentation, and competitor benchmarking to guide product enhancements. &bull; Collaborate with risk, credit, legal, tech, and operations to develop scalable and compliant financial products. &bull; Design and refine customer journeys, credit policies, pricing strategies, and underwriting frameworks. &bull; Build and lead a high-performing product team aligned with business objectives. &bull; Monitor key performance metrics and continuously optimize product performance. &bull; Work closely with senior leadership to align product strategy with overall company goals.</div> <div>Attributes we are looking for: &bull; 10+ years of experience in product roles within banks or NBFCs. &bull; MBA from a Tier 1 B-school is a must. &bull; Demonstrated success in managing and growing LAP &amp; SME products. &bull; Strong understanding of customer needs in secured and small business lending segments. &bull; Proven experience in P&amp;L ownership and driving revenue growth. &bull; Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. &bull; Analytical mindset with an ability to make data-driven decisions.</div>
