Hands-on experience in handling PE/VC transaction/ transaction.

 

• Knowledge of FEMA, Companies Act, 2013, other corporate laws and analytical ability

 

to review the Agreement.

 

• Ability to draft transaction agreements based on the discussion and requirements of the

 

transactions.

 

• Ability to research various legal provisions and effectively incorporate them while

 

advising clients, undertaking transactions, and drafting legal documents.

 

• Ability to effectively coordinate with external stakeholders and work towards closure of

 

the tasks.

 

• Processing/assisting of due diligence of the company.

 

• Work experience on JVs/ mergers/ demergers/ international transactions etc.
