Chief Revenue Officer/Growth Officer

We at Carrot are extremely excited to re-define how Rewards and engagement will work in the new area of D2C brands, Web3 and tokenization of commerce. Carrot will be at the forefront to define a new shopping ecosystem anchored on the principals of a decentralized economy of tomorrow.
Looking for a leader to drive growth and business success for Carrot as Chief Business/Growth Officer for Carrot. As one of the key leaders we expect this person to help define the product roadmap to align with the vision of Carrot, drive user acquisition and retention along with driving the P&L.
Keep Inventory turns, Working Capital and Cashflow in check
- Drive user acquisition and retention at optimal costs
- Drive brand partner brand success
- Drive revenue across each business stream
Business development & Marketing
- Ensure that the brand Imagery is sharply carved out and appropriately conveyed to the customer
- Drive growth of the business by onboarding brands
- To enhance customer experience at various touch points and improve customer feedback scores
Team Building
- Play the vital role of holding the teams together so that each team works towards the common goal
- Provide direction, motivation and empowerment to the people in the team.
- Build leadership bench for all critical positions. Focus on competency development and adequate recognition across levels
Requirements:
- MBA from Tier 1 colleges preferred
- 8+ years of experience in hyper growth environment preferably from a D2C / consumer tech start-up
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Professional work ethics and leadership qualities
- Creative and solution-oriented
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
