Job Summary

The Head of Finance / CFO will play a crucial role in leading the financial strategy and operations for the organization. Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 12-15 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong foundation in controllership and an evolution into broader finance leadership roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in GST, taxation, compliance, and banking.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks affecting financial operations.
• Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work effectively in small teams and an operator mindset.
  • Solid communication skills for business partnering and strategic discussions.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality and stability in employment history.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with working within IT/ITES environments may be beneficial.
• Aptitude for hands-on finance operations is essential.
