Job Summary

As the Principal System Architect, you will be a key player in constructing the foundational technology of a transformative wealth management system. Your role contributes significantly to the organization’s goals by leveraging your expertise in backend and AI systems to enhance user experience and ensure seamless integration within the platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale backend and AI infrastructure for the platform.
• Integrate data pipelines, Software as a Service (SaaS) modules, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
• Architect extensible systems for future Artificial Intelligence (AI) workloads, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic bots, and recommendation systems.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and production-grade code under startup velocity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in backend or full-stack development (Python, Node.js, Java, Go).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), data lake systems, and scalable API design.
• Experience integrating AI/Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, inference APIs, or large-scale analytics workflows.
• Understanding of fintech or data-heavy ecosystems, including finance, payments, and SaaS.
• Ability to work independently in a high-velocity, build-from-zero environment.
• Deep interest in AI, automation, and transforming user experience through intelligent systems.
• Educational qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of regulatory APIs and compliance requirements in financial services.
• Previous experience in wealth management technology solutions.

Experience

• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in system architecture and development, particularly in fintech or related industries.

Environment

The role is part of a founding engineering team working in a startup environment, which may involve a hybrid work setting, combining both remote and in-office work for collaboration and meetings.
