What You’ll Be Doing:

Work directly with the Founder & Leadership Team on high-impact operational initiatives across supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, customer experience, and business operations.

Drive operational excellence by identifying process gaps, improving workflows, and implementing scalable solutions.

Execute strategic operational projects to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, logistics, technology, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor operational performance through data analysis, dashboards, and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.

Lead execution of high-priority business initiatives with speed, ownership, and attention to detail.

Solve complex operational challenges and build scalable systems to support the company's next phase of growth.

Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in consulting, startups, business strategy, or operations.

Prior experience in consumer brands, operations, or growth roles is a plus.
