<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team in the B2B space. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong career trajectory in inside sales. As an SDR, you will focus on lead generation, engage with potential customers, and qualify sales opportunities for our sales teams.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Conduct lead generation efforts in a B2B environment to identify potential customers.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Assist the sales team in building and nurturing customer relationships.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with prospects.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Meet monthly lead generation and qualification targets.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Work closely with sales leadership to strategize on improving lead conversion rates.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">Who We Are Looking For:</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Freshers or candidates with 1-8 years of experience in sales or lead generation.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Someone who is willing to learn and grow within a sales-focused environment.</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- MBA graduates or those looking to start a career in *sales development*.</b></p>

<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- Freshers: ₹4 LPA (Annual Package)</b></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b id="docs-internal-guid-475c5eea-7fff-c235-1d12-dfc93143d4f1">- 1-4 years experience: ₹6 LPA (Annual Package)</b></p>
