Role Overview:
Lead and set up regional sales offices from scratch, provides a stable career track (no frequent job changes)
Build and scale the sales engine for PMS products while driving client acquisition through distributor networks
Hire and manage local sales teams (team-building mandate), with the potential to onboard with an existing team
Target Profile:
Candidates from PMS / similar wealth or equity distribution setups with strong on-ground sales experience (non-institutional)
Proven ability to drive revenue and build relationships
Not Preferred:
Mutual Funds / Insurance backgrounds
Institutional sales profiles (corporate treasury-focused)
Budget - 36 to 45 LPA on fixed.
