Pre-Sales Executive<br /> Company: IVY Homes (IVY Sales)<br /> Location: Shanthinagar, Bangalore<br /> Work Mode: 6 Days (Mon / Tue / Wed – 1 weekly off)<br /> Role Overview<br /> IVY Homes is looking for dynamic Pre-Sales Executives to handle lead engagement, customer<br /> qualification, and site visit coordination for residential real estate projects.<br /> Key Responsibilities<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective customers<br /> Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly<br /> Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team<br /> Maintain CRM and follow up regularly with prospects<br /> Coordinate with field sales to ensure smooth closures<br /> ●<br /> Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets<br /> Eligibility Criteria<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Experience: 1+ year in calling / pre-sales / telecalling<br /> Background: Any (B2C / B2B preferred)<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Strong communication & negotiation skills<br /> Comfortable with targets and fast-paced environment<br /> Willing to work 6 days a week<br /> Compensation<br /> ●<br /> Fixed: ₹4.5 – ₹5.5 LPA<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Variable: Up to ₹2.5 LPA<br /> Average CTC: ~₹3.6 LPA (higher based on performance)<br /> Incentives: Linked to monthly sales closures (3+ sales/month)<br /> Team & Growth<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> 12–15 Pre-Sales positions open<br /> 105+ people in the overall sales team<br /> Clear growth path to Assistant Sales Manag
