Job Summary
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) will be responsible for defining and owning the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's portfolio. This leadership role will contribute to aligning business objectives with product execution and innovations to propel QNu Labs' offerings in the quantum cryptography market.
Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy:
- Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the company's portfolio.
- Identify new product opportunities, adjacent markets, and emerging technology trends.
- Drive product-market fit across existing and future product lines.
- Build a scalable product organization capable of supporting global expansion.

Product Leadership:
- Lead product management, product strategy, and cross-functional product execution teams.
- Establish product development frameworks, operating rhythms, and success metrics.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, engineering execution, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Partner closely with founders and leadership teams on strategic priorities.

Technology & Innovation:
- Drive roadmap decisions across hardware, software, platform, infrastructure, and security products.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and research teams to translate deep-tech innovations into commercial products.
- Evaluate opportunities across emerging domains such as quantum security, secure communications, semiconductors, edge computing, drones, and critical infrastructure.

- Build and mentor high-performing product leaders and teams.
- Create a culture of ownership, innovation, speed, and customer-centric decision-making.
- Develop future product leadership within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10-12 years of product leadership experience with significant exposure to complex technology products.
- Strong track record of building and scaling products from concept to commercialization.
- Prior ownership of platform, infrastructure, networking, robotics, drones, cyber security, or hardware-software products.
