Associate Director - TPM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director (Senior Project/Program Manager) to guide our Product Delivery & Customer Success team, particularly during the deployment and post-deployment phases of products. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to value realization and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned developers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main interface between customers and the technical team, including hardware, software, and data science.
• Collaborate with the software engineering and data science teams to drive customer success and product deployments.
• Act as the Scrum Master, leading a cross-functional pod consisting of data science, machine learning, hardware, and software engineers to ensure rapid and flawless execution of projects.
• Plan, prioritize, and track activities within the pod of data science, machine learning, hardware, and software engineers.
• Drive technical problem-solving and practical troubleshooting within the engineering and data science teams.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech from IIT and MBA from either IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, or Lucknow.
• Experience: 2-3+ years of work experience in top-tier consulting.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with AI and software deployment in manufacturing contexts.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a consulting role.
