Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce applications using technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. This role will contribute to the organization’s ability to enhance customer relationships and streamline processes across Sales and Service Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services to enhance functionality.
• Configure and customize the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct testing and debugging of new Salesforce applications and features to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Salesforce applications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Salesforce development technologies, particularly Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities and best practices.
• Experience in Salesforce integration techniques and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Certification in Salesforce development (e.g., Salesforce Developer Certification).
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or related role.
