Job Description
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Able to drive day to day content on social media, content marketing, digital brand marketing,
Community is a big piece for Superbottoms (won't find such talent - BlissClub, Man Matters, Gynoveda)
Challenges: No senior marketing person, just social calendar exists. No traditional
Existing team: content manager, brand manager, community manager mid level folks (executives below). DRs for the HoM. Social media reports to content.
DM and PM rolls into Udbhav
Pallavi only takes care of this piece, reports into her.
CTC: 45L + ESOPs + KRA based bonus 5%
Title: Head of Brand Marketing
D2C brands sector, consumer tech
Social media and branding budgets: 25-30L includes influencers, offline branding (conservative budgets for now) - will roll into the person who joins.
Interview process: Pallavi > investor (Pooja, Lok - F2F) > Assignment on their broad strategy/ past work and can be done live for the brand + psychometric test (not disqualifier)
