Role: - VP - Compliance and Designated CO of MF business of AMC Company – Whiteoak India Website - https://www.whiteoakindia.com/ Location – Mumbai Roles and Responsibilities: - - Drafting and filing of various SID of MF products filed with SEBI and interact with SEBI officers for approvals - Active participation in Board and Committee meetings and submitting various reports as required by Boards - Periodical updating of regulatory documents in line with Statutory deadlines - Dissemination of SEBI/AMFI Circulars and SEBI important communication to the relevant stakeholders. Ensuring that all SEBI/AMFI circulars are implemented within statutory timelines and continuous monitoring. - Managing SEBI Inspections and Internal Audits - Filing of various Regulatory Reports under Mutual Fund regulations and ad hoc reports to RBI, SEBI and AMFI. Also ensuring filings under PMLA to FIU. - Vetting of Marketing literature under the advertisement code and ensure filings of the same with SEBI. Monitoring of website and social media platforms - Monitoring the provisions of SEBI Institutional Mechanism - Limits Monitoring on Bloomberg system with assistance of team - Updating of various Policies / Manual and implementation of new Policy - Training to Investment Team on Personal Securities transaction, PMLA & Advertisement guidelines
