Role: Omni Head - retail heavy

Confidentiality: Extremely high, not to inform Alisha too as retail head is in place and is well connected in the market

Responsibilities: P&L role for all 80 stores, COCO stores, aim to reach 150 in FY25, take care of retail business and assisted sales (Call centre/ alternate channels - affiliates like architects and interior designers)

Team: 600 including off payroll, zonal leads for North and West in place, South being hired and other ASMs too and one junior guy for assisted sales having 30 call agents

Location: Mumbai with travelling involved

CTC: 50-55L + ESOPs
