<div>Position – Head of Talent Management & HR</div>
<div>Duties & Responsibilities Talent Identification & Sourcing:</div>
<div>• Identify and create a pool of talented individuals to staff vacancies reducing the turnaround time for augmenting the retail team.</div>
<div>• Partner with the operations teams to drive store growth for existing and new store locations.</div>
<div>• Evaluate and hire talent across the different brands as well as the head office support functions.</div>

<div>Onboarding & Induction:</div>
<div>• Enhance the induction process and ensure consistency in the on-boarding experience for all team members.</div>
<div>• Lead New Hire Feedback and action plans.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Employee Retention:</div>
<div>• Create employee retention strategies</div>
<div>• Proactively address employee grievances and issues.</div>
<div>• Partner with the operations team to drive employee motivation & productivity</div>

<div>Talent Management:</div>
<div>• Creation & management of internal progression programs for career progression</div>
<div>• Establish a process for the Identification of talent and succession planning.</div>
<div>• Lead role transitions & internal career transfers.</div>
<div>• Develop and implement a performance management plan for employees across brands and support functions.</div>

<div>Campus Engagement:</div>
<div>• Manage the end-to-end execution of the internship program</div>
<div>• Plan and execute a campus hiring plan for staffing front end roles based on requirements.</div>

<div>Employee Experience:</div>
<div>• Lead employee engagement programs for the team across locations and brands</div>
<div>• Drive Rewards & Recognition and employee experience programs</div>
<div>• Administer engagement surveys to gather employee feedback</div>
<div>• Execute interventions for the retail teams – out-bound/experiential learning workshops etc.</div>
<div>• Lead the employee wellness agenda</div>

<div>Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements</div>
<div>• Min 10 years of experience, either in HRBP / Employee Life Cycle Mgt. / TM •</div>
<div>Post-graduation degree in HR/MSW/Psychology</div>
<div>Reporting Manager: C.O.O.</div>
<div>Job Location: Mumbai Timeframe: 1 Month</div>
<div>• Manage company wide HR communication</div>
<div>• Evaluate new hire performance in the initial 3-month period of employment.</div>
