Front-End Developer (angular) specializing in Workfront UI

Job Summary

The Front-End Developer specializing in Workfront UI will be responsible for building and maintaining user interfaces within the Workfront environment using the Angular framework. This role involves translating design mockups and user stories into functional, visually appealing, and performant web pages. The developer will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end developers to ensure a seamless and user-friendly application experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement responsive, accessible user interfaces using Angular, aligned with design specifications.
• Utilize Angular core concepts (components, modules, directives, services, templates) to build complex web applications.
• Integrate front-end components with Workfront backend systems via APIs to enable data flow and functionality.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and back-end developers to deliver a cohesive user experience.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, focusing on UI rendering and overall user experience.
• Contribute to the development and execution of automated tests for front-end components.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workfront platform and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of Angular framework, including its core concepts and features.
• Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Mastery of HTML and CSS for building well-structured and visually appealing interfaces.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems.
• Familiarity with unit testing and integration testing frameworks for Angular.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot UI rendering and user experience issues.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and the Angular ecosystem.
• Experience working in Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular and Workfront UI.
