Job Summary

The Senior Manager of Governance, Reporting & Quality Audit will lead the operationalization of the learning governance framework, providing proactive support to the Center of Excellence (COE) and Business Unit (BU) Learning teams. This role is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness of learning programs and processes through quality audits, data analysis, and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operationalization of the learning governance framework by supporting COE and BU Learning teams with insights and action governance.
  • Deploy best practices in quality audit processes across the learning value chain, monitoring and completing audits to address root causes and ensure a robust internal control framework.
  • Translate audit findings into actionable recommendations and follow up with relevant parties to implement internal control improvements.
  • Program manage the Continuous Improvement (CI) agenda within the Learning & Development (L&D) Operations team and coordinate with People Service performance management system (PS2) and learning technology teams.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance learning data reports and business impact insights, partnering with the Global People & Data Analytics team to present detailed reports on training effectiveness and participation rates.
  • Support compliance and regulatory reporting, ensuring adherence to external policies and regulations in collaboration with compliance teams.
  • Analyze evaluation findings to identify areas for continuous improvement in learning programs and processes, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee the implementation of the evaluation framework to assess the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives across the organization.
  • Actively contribute to the learning council, ensuring access to relevant data and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Provide effective leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, M.Ed).
  • Strong understanding of learning governance frameworks and quality audit processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in using analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and coaching teams.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to learning and development.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with performance management systems and learning technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate learning environment.

Experience

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in governance, reporting, and quality audit within learning and development or related fields.

Salary

  • Estimated salary range: ₹6,500,000.
