Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager in Identity and Access Management (IAM) plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization’s security posture and streamlining access management processes. Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement IAM Strategies:

Qualifications

• Education:

• Certifications:

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are highly desirable.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IAM or related fields, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies, including identity governance, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
