Job Title: HR Executive – Generalist Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR generalist responsibilities with a strong focus on onboarding, HR operations, and administrative coordination. This role requires someone who is highly organized, presentable, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across functions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless joining experience • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation • Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and HR analytics on a regular basis • Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, employee queries, and documentation • Coordinate closely with IT for asset allocation, email creation, system access, etc. • Work with Admin team for workspace readiness, logistics, and office requirements • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-driven activities • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes • Assist in vendor coordination, background verification, and HR audits when required Key Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Ops role • Strong hands-on experience in onboarding and employee lifecycle management • Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards preferred) • Experience in handling administrative coordination and cross-functional collaboration • Highly presentable with strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage high-volume coordination • A go-getter attitude with willingness to be on-ground and ensure smooth execution Preferred Traits: • Strong ownership and accountability • High energy, approachable, and people-oriented
