Job Summary

The Oracle Retail Applications Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and customizing Oracle Retail Applications. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our retail systems and ensuring they meet business needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Oracle Retail Applications including RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB, and RSE services.
• Customize existing Oracle Retail solutions to optimize performance and meet specific operational requirements.
• Design solutions that leverage cloud technologies such as AWS, Oracle, or Azure.
• Troubleshoot issues by applying strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently with minimal direction, managing workload to deliver high-quality results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 8+ years in developing, implementing, or customizing Oracle Retail Applications.
  • 3+ years of experience in Solution Design.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Retail customizations.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Oracle, and Azure cloud technologies is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, exhibiting high initiative and self-management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with high-performing transaction systems.
• Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years in relevant fields with significant experience in retail applications and solution design.
