People Process Manager
Job Summary
The People Process Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing people processes within the organization. This role focuses on performance management, employee growth, and strategic partnerships to align engagement strategies with business goals. The People Process Manager will ensure that processes are efficient, engaging, and scalable, ultimately enhancing the employee experience and supporting the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities
- Performance Management & Growth: Lead the design and execution of annual performance reviews, ensuring alignment with core values, capabilities, and organizational goals. Partner with managers to provide insightful feedback, recognize achievements, and support employee growth and career progression.
- Promotions: Oversee the promotion process with a focus on fairness, transparency, and alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.
- Goal Setting & Alignment: Facilitate goal-setting initiatives for individuals and teams, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader objectives. Foster a culture of accountability through clear, measurable, and meaningful goals.
- 360 Feedback Process: Drive 360 feedback across the organization in line with the GIG philosophy. Ensure robust action planning and governance post-process.
- Process Optimization & Innovation: Continuously evaluate and enhance people processes to ensure they are efficient, engaging, and scalable. Identify opportunities for improvement to elevate the employee experience.
- Manager Enablement & Training: Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance managerial capabilities in coaching, performance management, and development conversations. Empower managers to lead with empathy and effectiveness.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), leadership, and cross-functional teams to align engagement strategies with business goals. Partner with Learning & Development (L&D), talent development, and compensation teams to ensure a cohesive and forward-thinking approach.
- Impactful Data & Reporting: Leverage data analytics to track engagement trends, measure initiative success, and report on key performance metrics. Deliver actionable insights to leadership for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: MBA in Human Resources from a top-tier business school.
- Experience: 2–3 years in Centers of Excellence (COE) roles such as engagement, people processes design, learning, organizational development (OD), talent, rewards, or performance management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data to inform decisions and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
