Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading web analytics initiatives in a dynamic online environment. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive technical and leadership experience to drive actionable insights, enhance online marketing strategies, and solve business problems using innovative technology solutions. The role requires working on Adobe Analytics and ensuring best practices in web and mobile analytics, with a strong focus on integrating Analytics WebSDK and MobileSDK capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Web Analytics Initiatives: Oversee and drive web analytics projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members with at least 3 years of lead experience, fostering a results-driven, collaborative environment.
• Technical Implementation: Utilize strong technical skills in HTML, web protocols, and advanced JavaScript to implement and optimize analytics solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with online marketing teams and cross-functional groups to integrate analytics with business models and digital strategies.
• Client Engagement: Ensure a professional, responsive, and dedicated approach to customer success, contributing to overall business growth.
• Office Presence: Work from the GURGAON client office 5 days a week with full-time on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics or a related field.
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience.
  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Solid understanding of online marketing, tools, and technology.
  • Strong understanding of HTML and web protocols.
  • Advanced JavaScript skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: Must have completed Adobe Analytics certification.

• Deep vertical industry expertise (e.g., Retail, Media, Financial Services, High Tech, etc.).
• Proficiency in mobile or social media analytics.

Experience

• At least 10+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 5+ years in web analytics and 3+ years in a leadership role.

Environment

• Location: GURGAON client office (mandatory on-site work 5 days a week).
• Work Setting: In-office work environment where collaboration and team management are essential.
