Job Description

Create and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. • Develop insights led, impactful communication strategy to engage online audience, thereby driving brand equity – image and consideration, with seamless integration with the overall marketing plan and objectives. • Develop a cohesive social media plan, integrating with all other online platforms, and thereby influencing entire consumer journey to boost brand awareness and drive relevance. • Create a robust framework for competition benchmarking and tracking new digital interventions in the industry and also sharing regular updates with all stakeholders to take the brand forward. • Develop tracking mechanism to understand effectiveness of the digital strategy in terms of business and brand KPIs and evaluate periodically to assess its impact. • Co-ordinate with various internal marketing teams and external agencies – digital agencies, advertising agencies, research agencies, media agencies, influencers, and brand promotion agencies for seamless execution • Drive process efficiencies through a superior understanding of various digital tools for CRM, Programmatic advertising, Analytical Tools, Social Media campaigns, Online Reputation Management, SEO, etc. • Utilize various online platforms and channels such as social media, email, and search engines to reach target audiences
