Job Description
- Develop and execute company-wide people strategy, covering recruitment, talent management, performance evaluation, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals.
- Collaborate with managers to identify talent gaps and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract top talent.
- Implement performance management systems to drive accountability and high performance organization-wide, including succession planning and goal setting.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and development.
- Identify and address skill gaps and development needs within the organization.
- Drive employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and career development opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies to ensure transparent and timely information flow throughout the organization.
- Foster a supportive and engaging work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.
