Location: Pune, Digital Lending Business Job Summary: You are expected to define the lending product roadmap and drive the economics, growth, go-to-market, and digital acquisition and fulfilment of the loan product. Key Role/ Responsibilities & Competencies: 1. Define and Drive roadmap for merchant loans - specifically in business loans, receivable financing, vendor financing, B2B BNPL domain Product thinking, Problem-solving, Strategic Orientation 2. Collaborate with the tech product team and technology team to develop the product, and with Sales to drive go-to-market & growth Tech Understanding, Hustle, and Collaboration Skills 3. Work with the brands and financial institutions to build a commercial and business structure that is a winwin for all Commercial skills, negotiation skills, and domain expertise 4. Track & enhance engagement of merchants with the ecosystem Analytical Ability, Business Understanding, Marketing We are looking for: 1. Good exp. in building & growing B2B lending portfolios specifically in business loans, receivable financing, vendor financing, B2B BNPL domain, etc. 2. Have worked in a business product management role in a digital lending startup or fintech in the MSME domain 3. Shall have Digital Lending Business experience 4. At least 3 - 5 years of work experience in retail/ SME lending 5. Strong domain knowledge of the process, regulatory compliances, and economics of a business loan, receivable financing, vendor financing, B2B BNPL business 6. Experience working in a digital lending ecosystem and knowledge of digital lending flows and methodologies 7. Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills 8. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies 9. MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred. MBA/Certification in Product Management is preferred.
