Job Summary
The Founding Revenue Intelligence & Analytics Manager will lead revenue intelligence across all stores, categories, pricing, and consumer behavior. This role focuses on transforming raw data into actionable growth opportunities, enhancing decision-making, and supporting the company's aggressive expansion plans.
Responsibilities
- Analytics & Insights: Own the analysis of sales and consumer behavior to identify high and low performing Stock Keeping Units (SKUs).
- Pricing & Inventory Strategy: Recommend pricing and discount strategies while identifying dead stock to improve merchandising decisions.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Build dashboards and performance reports that fuel demand forecasting.
- Market Intelligence: Track retail trends and identify emerging brands relevant to the ZenZebra ecosystem.
- Assortment Optimization: Drive the strategy behind product assortment based on repeat purchase data.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in analytics, retail category management, or business intelligence (BI) - ideally at a startup or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is a must.
- Experience with SQL and Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Data-Driven Insight: Ability to convert complex data into clear business insights.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Python or consumer behavior forecasting.
- Mindset: Comfortable building the analytics function from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in startup settings or with direct-to-consumer brands.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior trends and data interpretation.
Experience
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in analytics, retail category management, or business intelligence.
Environment
- Hybrid working model based in New Delhi, India, combining remote and in-office work.
Salary
- ₹10L – ₹14L Cost to Company (CTC).
