Job Summary
The Recruiter for Embedded Systems is responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle for embedded systems roles. This position focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with stakeholders to secure top talent within the organization, contributing to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for embedded systems roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from sourcing to hiring.
- Sourcing Candidates: Actively source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Resume Screening & Interviews: Conduct thorough resume screening and preliminary interviews, collaborating with technical teams to identify the best candidates.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Build and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders, including technical teams and delivery managers, to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Manage and streamline candidate data using ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of all recruitment activities.
- Negotiation & Communication: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and clear communication with both candidates and internal teams to close positions effectively.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the embedded systems industry and its requirements.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruiting for technical roles within the IT or engineering sectors.
