Job Description
- Has spent the last 2-3-4 years originating serious volumes (100+ cr per month) of consumer assets
- For a FinTech brand through online channels.
- Online channels include advertising led properties (Google, Facebook etc.), digital DSAs (Bank Bazaar, Paisa Bazaar, India Lends, Wish Fin etc.), and digital partnerships with independent properties that have their own customer base (PayTM, Walnut, MoneyView etc.)
- Is therefore familiar with the nuts and bolts of online advertising, A/B testing, and funnel management. Also already has relationships with the key players in the ecosystem
- Has team management experience. Will be able to work with a complex network of stakeholders to deliver tangible results.
