Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead paid marketing campaigns across diverse digital media platforms. The ideal candidate is a seasoned media buyer with expertise in search engine marketing (SEM), social media ads, funnel optimization, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
Reporting to the Manager of D2C & Digital Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing end- to-end paid marketing campaigns on prominent digital media channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Amazon Ads.
The ideal candidate should possess substantial experience in online lead generation, demonstrate a strong digital acumen, and exhibit analytical prowess. As a pivotal member of the digital marketing team, collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and channel managers is integral to align strategies and maximize the return on investment (ROI) or ROAS for our online marketing efforts.
 
Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, meticulously managing media budgets.

Launch and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across diverse digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads, and other platforms.

Create and manage keyword lists, audiences, and placement targeting for Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.

Manage campaigns to drive high volumes of ecommerce sales.

Optimize PPC and Facebook Ad campaigns, encompassing bid management, audience targeting, ad groups, quality scores, and other key metrics.

Contribute to copywriting and graphic design concepts for ads.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and optimize copy and landing pages to enhance quality scores.

Support the creation of new paid campaigns, ad groups, audiences, and accounts to expand overall paid search marketing initiatives.

Monitor budgets and oversee paid ad accounts on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Implement A/B testing to continually enhance ROI.

Develop and implement high-converting funnels through landing pages and analytics.

Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and technologies, proposing innovative ideas to grow accounts.

Generate weekly and monthly reports encompassing major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
 
Desired Skills and Competency

Solid grasp of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords Reports, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or Google Data Studio.

Comprehensive knowledge of the overall digital marketing mix, including SEO, Landing Pages, Funnels, Marketing Automation, Social Media, and Content Marketing.

Expertise in Adwords Editor for efficient optimization and building of multiple accounts.

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, GTM, etc.).

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to create detailed Excel reports and present findings to management.
Qualification

Graduate/Post Graduation in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience as a Paid Ads Manager or Digital Media Buyer.

Google AdWords certification required.

Successful campaign execution on Amazon Ads will be considered an advantage
