Designation: Junior Copywriter/Content Writer
Location: Noida ( Full time in-office)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Copywriter/ Content Writer to join two of India’s most storied tea brands - Luxmi Tea and Makaibari.
In this role, you’ll work on shaping how a legacy brand with a lot of history can show up in new formats across new age channels. You will own the entire content spectrum across e-commerce, D2C, social media, and also work on large formats like a tea table book, brand history, PR, storytelling inside the store, and more. The role sits at the intersection of creativity and business impact.
This role is ideal for somebody who can straddle across romanticized storytelling and hooks for Instagram Reels.
What will you do:

Content ideation and execution
Own ideation for social media content and brand campaigns
Participate in campaign development, from early concepts to final execution
Take 100% ownership of executing all content and copywriting tasks with zero error

Platforms to be worked on
Write copy for Reels, short-form videos, and Meta-first scripts
Create and optimize e-commerce content, including product descriptions, listings, and A+ content
Create and optimize all website content
Work on offline brand assets like in-store merchandising, event material, promotion material as well as PR-ready articles

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with designers and to build visually strong, idea-led creatives
Collaborate with performance and e-commerce teams to align content with platform best practices and conversion goals
Who are we looking for:-
1-4 years of experience as a writer/copywriter in a creative agency or in-house team
Background in media, advertising, journalism, or a related field is an added advantage
Strong command over written and spoken English
Ability to write both high-performing short-form copy and longer, structured content
Solid understanding of social platforms, especially Meta, along with familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon
Actively plugged into trends, with the ability to translate emerging formats and cultural shifts into relevant brand content
Ability to balance speed with quality - creating content that is both timely and well-crafted
Experience with an online-first brand is mandatory
