You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting activities, month-end</p> <p>closings, reconciliations, and reporting in alignment with accounting standards and company</p> <p>policies.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p> <p> Manage <b>general ledger accounting</b> including journal entries, accruals, and</p> <p>reconciliations.</p> <p> Perform <b>month-end and year-end closing activities</b> in line with financial reporting</p> <p>schedules.</p> <p> Handle <b>intercompany transactions</b>, fixed assets accounting, and balance sheet</p> <p>reconciliations.</p> <p> Ensure accurate and timely <b>financial reporting</b> in compliance with accounting</p> <p>standards.</p> <p> Analyze variances and trends in financial data and provide insights to management.</p> <p> Maintain documentation of accounting processes and ensure adherence to internal</p> <p>controls.</p> <p> Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&amp;A, Tax, and Treasury.</p> <p><b>Key Requirements:</b></p> <p> <b>CA</b></p> <p> Minimum <b>2 years of relevant experience</b> in GL accounting and R2R processes.</p> <p> Hands-on experience with <b>ERP systems</b> (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).</p> <p> Strong knowledge of <b>accounting principles</b> and <b>financial reporting</b>.</p> <p> Proficiency in <b>Excel</b> and financial analysis tools.</p> <p> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p> <b>Fluency in Telugu is mandatory</b></p>
